The plots are located 4 km from the village of Sharovechka, next to the Khmelnytskyi Expanded Clay Gravel Plant, and have access to the M12 highway to Khmelnytskyi, as well as the international E50 highway. In Ukraine, the E50 begins at the border with Slovakia at the Uzhhorod checkpoint, Zakarpattia region. It then intersects with the international M08 highway (Uzhhorod bypass), M06 (Uzhhorod – Mukachevo – Stryi), M03 (Stryi – Ternopil – Kropyvnytskyi – Znamyanka – Dnipro – Donetsk – Debaltseve) and M03 (Debaltseve – Dovzhanske section).
The railway passes nearby, there is a railway stop in the village of Sharovechka, on one side of the stop at a distance of 5 km there is a large freight and passenger station Grechany, on the other side at a distance of 5 km there is a Malinychi junction. The railway is serviced by the Zhmeryn Directorate of the South-Western Railway.

Project features, development concept
The project provides for the construction of industrial production buildings, a warehouse, administrative buildings, and technical areas.
According to the detailed plan of the territory and the developed plan of the industrial park, the construction of a multifunctional printing complex is envisaged. The site is located outside the city, but within easy reach of the city of Khmelnytskyi. The territory is not protected and is not an architectural monument of national and/or local importance. The territory is planned to accommodate printing houses of various types of production, warehouses, administrative buildings, a transformer substation, a green zone, roads, and parking lots.
The initiator of the creation of the industrial park “ART PACK INDUSTRY” has previously designed an architectural concept. Taking into account the technical characteristics of the site, the approximate area of the development will be 31,735 sq. m.
