The site where the industrial park is being built is located in the city of Boryslav, Drohobych district, Lviv region. The main advantage of the park’s location is its close proximity to the border of Ukraine with the EU and the availability of customs crossings on the international highways M10, M06 and E471. The advantages of the site include:
- Proximity to the EU borders and European capitals.
- Availability of transport routes, corridors, air, rail connections.
- Significant human capital. Labor costs are lower compared to European countries and the regional center.
- A large number of qualified workers with industrial experience.
- Good ecology of the city and access to balneological resorts of Ukraine, which increases the attractiveness of the city for living

The population of Lviv region is 2,478,000.
Boryslav and neighboring communities have a population of over 215,000.
Project features, development concept
The geometric shape of the site allows for the development of the site and to optimize the location of the complex in terms of the composition of the main buildings and structures with the combination of the main axes of the buildings.
The designed park will consist of several buildings for industrial and production purposes and several technical structures, such as an electrical substation, a pumping station, treatment facilities, etc.
The site will house industrial buildings with flexible internal zoning. This means that any layout can be made inside each building for any number of users within the volume of each building. Each building with a supply road can develop separately from other parts of the park. This makes it possible to approach the implementation plan for the construction of the park’s sections and buildings very flexibly.
At present, the first “anchor” participant has already been involved, who has occupied the site for the placement of a furniture manufacturing plant, the area of such a plant is 25-30 thousand m2.
