The «Myronivka» Industrial Park in Kyiv region, which was conceptualised and registered by our company, was registered today at the first meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine this year.
This is a private industrial park with a plot size of 30 hectares located within the city of Myronivka. The planned specialisation is food industry, technology park and logistics.
- The planned number of jobs created is – 1500.
- The estimated budget for the creation of the industrial park – is more than one billion hryvnias.
- The type of park – is greenfield.
- All communications are nearby, and it is also planned to build a powerful solar power plant on the territory.
- We already have the first potential resident of the industrial park – a granola producer.
Among the peculiarities of this park’s development, we would like to mention a unique scheme for attracting investments into the project, a combination of several external investors and the creation of our own investment fund for this industrial park.
Our team developed the concept, supported it at local government sessions, and assisted with the registration process. This is the 31st industrial park we have helped to register, and the 100th in the state register of industrial parks in Ukraine.
