The development of the concept and support for the registration of the industrial park «Teofipol Eco Park» was carried out by the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine», headed by a leading specialist in this field – Valery Kyrylko.
«The Cabinet of Ministers has entered the new industrial park «Teofipol Eco Park» in the village of Teofipol, Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region into the register. The Government adopted a corresponding decision at a meeting on December 10, 2024. This is already the 99th industrial park registered in Ukraine,» the message says.
It is noted that the key areas of activity of the park will be the production of paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, wallpaper and a number of other goods, including those related to the paper industry.
The area of the industrial park is almost 30.87 hectares. The total volume of capital investments in the construction of facilities on its territory is estimated at approximately ₴2.43 billion. It is expected that more than 1,550 jobs will be created at the enterprises within the park.
The initiator of the creation of the industrial park was the Teofipol Village Council, which should ensure the development of modern infrastructure to support the activities of residents.
