While our country is rocking, the whole world continues the transformation of industrial parks.
There are two polarities in this development, the creation of industrial zones, «as it will be», and the development of «smart» industrial and technological parks.
The time requirements indicate that it is enough to simply create infrastructure, build workshops and fill them with residents.
Now they are starting to steer ecosystems that are not just engaged in industrial development, but develop the residents of their park. Where the technological component is a mandatory element, where a high level of social service is present by default. Where each resident is analyzed according to the criteria of complementarity, synergy, exchange, logical business neighborhood. Such concepts as «industrial cluster», «industrial symbiosis», «eco-industrial park» come to the fore.
The level of most Ukrainian industrial parks, and even the projects of new ones, resemble a steam locomotive, although the whole world is already designing and creating industrial parks of the Hyperloop level. It is unlikely that we will immediately jump to the «higher league», as we do not have a well-formed «IP culture», but we do not want to stay in the «amateur league» either.
We need to form our own format «between the past and the future». For this, it is necessary to take into account:
- The managing company should be engaged not only in technical implementation (construction), but also in the development of the business of its residents;
- Competent selection of residents — synergetic neighborhood (industrial cluster);
- Complementary neighborhood of residents with the possibility of exchange (industrial symbiosis);
- Ecological infrastructure during design and development (Eco-parks);
- Mandatory innovation block in every park (the world competes not with products but with technologies).
If at least these requirements are met, we will get something that will be competitive not only in Ukraine but also in Europe and the world. Do not forget that it is not Ukrainian regions that are competing for foreign investments, but countries.
And then we get 1+2+3+4+5=30!
