The future park is planned to be located on a plot with an approximate area of 25 hectares.

On 18 December 2024, at a session of the Sokal City Council, deputies supported the creation of an industrial park in the city of Sokal, initiated by the Sokal City Council.
The industrial park is to be created for:
- economic development;
- attracting investments;
- creation of new jobs;
- infrastructure development;
- innovation and research;
- efficient use of resources;
- support for environmental standards;
- increasing export potential.
A land plot was selected for the park in the existing industrial zone of Sokal, covering approximately 25 hectares. The industrial park will be composed of food processing companies and companies that have historically developed in the region.
The group of companies “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” is engaged in the development of the concept and support of registration.
