Two new industrial parks have appeared in Ukraine – the «Sokyryany Industry HUB» park in the town of Sokyryany in the Chernivtsi region and the «KIT» park in the town of Buchi in the Kyiv region. This decision was approved at a meeting of the Government on August 16.
On the territory of the «Sokyryany Industry HUB» industrial park, building materials, metal constructions and products, electrical equipment and other technical products will be produced.
The concept development and registration of this industrial park was carried out by the «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» group of companies
- The size of the land plot is 12 hectares.
- Total dimensions of the industrial park buildings (planned):
- Production facilities 27,864
- Warehouse facilities 5 725
- Administrative facilities 3 060
- Technical, multimodal site 11,088
- TOTAL: 47 737
- Number of new jobs – 605
The total investment volume of the «Sokyryany Industry HUB» industrial park may amount to UAH 620 million in the period from 2024 to 2026 – the investors will be companies from the UAE and Germany.
There are already 90 parks in the state register of industrial parks in Ukraine.
