A new industrial park «FUTURE INDUSTRY HUB» will appear in Volochysk, Khmelnytskyi region. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to include it in the Register of Industrial Parks on October 1, 2024. The initiator of the creation of the park is LLC «WINNER INVEST CAPITAL».

- Size of the plot: 10 hectares
- Planned size of future development: 34 thousand sq.m.
- Planned investment in the project: UAH 1 billion.
- Planned number of jobs: 350
The composition of the «FUCHSHE INDUSTRY HUB» industrial park will be formed as a universal industrial formation, which provides for the placement of enterprises in such industries as:
- Processing of meat products;
- Production of food products;
- Scientific and technical activities;
- Alternative energy, energy storage.
According to the developer of the concept, owner of the «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» group of companies, Valery Kyrylko, there is already the first «anchor» resident of the industrial park – a meat processing plant. The initiator is already conducting preparatory work on the site and designing networks.

We remind you that 93 objects have already been included in the Register of Industrial Parks. The budget for 2024 includes 1 billion hryvnias to support the program.
