Today, July 18, 2024, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a resolution was approved to include the industrial park «GREEN INDUSTRIAL PARK», Kyiv region, in the register of industrial parks of Ukraine.
Some details of this project are below.
The land plot is located within the village of Novi Petrivtsi, Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region
- Total area of the industrial park site: 62.1407 ha
- Type: greenfield
- Form: private, on leased community land.
- Period of creation: 30 years.
- Estimated investment amount: UAH 6 billion.
- Number of new jobs: 3000 people.
- Estimated amount of taxes and duties of all types generated from the operation over the next 10 years: approximately UAH 3 billion.
Transport accessibility
The location is described as very attractive in terms of logistics, labour resources and amenities.
- From the border of the capital of Ukraine – Kyiv – 10 km. (population 3 million people, population of Kyiv region + 1.8 million people)
- From the city of Vyshgorod – 3 km. (population 33 thousand people)
- At a distance of 600 meters, the strategic highway Kyiv – Ovruch passes.
- To the railway station and river port of the city of Vyshgorod – 6 km., to the international airport «Boryspil» – 60 km.
- Along the site, the highways P02 and P69 pass – these are regional highways in Ukraine: highway P02 – Kyiv – Ovruch, passes through the territory of Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions, total length – 170.9 km; highway P69 – Kyiv – Vyshgorod – Desna – Chernihiv, passes through the territory of Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, total length – 138 km.
The industrial park «GREEN INDUSTRIAL PARK» will be presented as a new industrial formation, which involves the placement of the following types of enterprises, formed taking into account their priority and industry division:
- Manufacture of building structures and products
- Manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment
- Manufacture of machinery and equipment
- Manufacture of other chemical products, n.e.c;
- Manufacture of food products
- Scientific and technical activities
- Activities in the field of information and telecommunications
The team of the «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» group of companies developed the concept of the industrial park and supported registration in the register of industrial parks of Ukraine.
This is the 18th industrial park registered in 2024, and the 86th on the register.
