The first contract this year for the development and registration of an industrial park in the Odessa region was signed. The owner of the land plot is one of the most experienced and oldest development groups in Ukraine.
This private industrial park will be created on a land plot owned by the initiator. The frontage location on the key Odesa-Kyiv highway for the region allows us to predict in advance the direction of development of this place – a mixture of warehousing and industrial activities.
The integrated development of the Odessa region’s transport system, which includes seaports, land transport and production facilities, involves the creation of a regional industrial and logistics infrastructure. Based on practical world experience, it is proposed to create a new format of an industrial park taking into account the specifics of its location. The transport system of the Odessa region is the most important component of the production infrastructure. The transport strategy is an important part of the industrial development of the region.
The implementation of the concept of an industrial and logistics industrial park (PLIP) can be a serious systemic step towards the development of the national logistics and industrial infrastructure.
