Today, on January 22, 2025, another contract was signed for the development of a concept and support for the registration of an industrial park in the Transcarpathian region.
The total size of the plot is 35 hectares, the initiator is private, the land is communal, leased from the initiator for 35 years. The key preliminary idea of the project is a logistics and industrial industrial park of the agro-processing industry.
The location corresponds to this direction – there is a railway line nearby and a large warehouse complex is being built.
The initiator is currently completing land issues and will begin to form a package of documents necessary for registration.
