The land plot is located 500 meters from the city limits of Horodok. This territory is part of the industrial area, which was once part of the sugar factory. The plot is within the city limits.

Horodok is the center of the Horodok urban territorial community within the Khmelnytskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. It is located on the Smotrich and Trostyanets rivers, 52 km southwest of Khmelnytskyi. The city has a Victoria railway station on the Yarmolyntsi – Kopychyntsi line.

The facade of the plot is almost 1.2 km long. exits onto the regional highway T 2302, which passes through the territory of Krasyliv, Khmelnytsky, Horodotsky, Dunayevets districts of Khmelnytsky region through Chernelivka – Chorny Ostriv – Smotrich. Through this highway you can get to such cities as Krasyliv and Kamianets-Podilsk.

Project features, development concept

The initiator of the creation of the industrial park developed a preliminary architectural concept of the industrial park. Taking into account the existing technical characteristics of the site and easements, the approximate size of future industrial and other facilities may be 166,756 sq.m. The industrial park development plan provides for the involvement of participants who will build a large enterprise for the production and storage of sunflower oil, a large elevator and granary, a bioethanol production plant, a solar power plant, a system of railway branches, various processing enterprises, service and administrative facilities, warehouses and other facilities necessary for the functioning of the industrial park.
