Location

The plot is located 5 km north of the city of Volochysk, near the villages of Dorofeivka and Korystova.

The location is characterized as very attractive in terms of logistics, labor resources and convenience.

Passenger transportation in the community is carried out by 1 motor transport company and 1 private carrier.

The European route E50 passes near the plot, a European highway that originates in the French city of Brest. In Ukraine, the U50 begins at the border with Slovakia at the Uzhhorod checkpoint, Zakarpattia Oblast. It then intersects with the international highway M08 (Uzhhorod bypass), M06 (Uzhhorod – Mukachevo – Stryi), M03 (Stryi – Ternopil – Kropyvnytskyi – Znamyanka – Dnipro – Donetsk – Debaltseve) and M03 (Debaltseve – Dovzhanske section).

The nearest station, Volochysk, is an intermediate railway station of the 4th class of the Zhmeryn Directorate of the South-Western Railway on the Grechany – Volochysk line between the Lozova stop and the Pidvolochysk station.

Project features, development concept

The functional purpose of the industrial park is aimed at meat processing and the creation of a meat cluster, so it is important to properly design the park territory. Workers will be resettled in the nearest city of Volochysk, and transportation to and from the workplace will be by scheduled buses. The territory is located outside the borders of cities, villages and settlements, with land plots nearby. This territory is not protected as an architectural monument of national and local importance. The park is planned to accommodate industrial workshops, warehouses, administrative buildings, technical areas, access roads, and parking areas for trucks and cars.

The development of the park area will be carried out taking into account urban planning conditions and restrictions.

The initiator of the creation of the industrial park “FUTURE INDUSTRY HUB” has previously designed an architectural concept. Taking into account the technical characteristics of the site, the approximate area of ​​development will be 34,315 sq. m.
