The industrial park “SOKYRYANI INDUSTRIAL HUB” with an area of ​​12.0994 hectares is located west of the city of Sokyryani in the Chernivtsi region, on the border with the Republic of Moldova.

From a logistical point of view, the site is very well located. The P63 highway passes through the territory of the city of Sokyryani. The P63 highway is a regional road, it passes through the territory of the Chernivtsi region through and through two checkpoints on the border with Moldova – Kelmentsi and Sokyryani.

A railway line adjoins the site. It is 6 km from the Sokyryani railway station to the land plot, the station is served by the Lviv Railway.

The industrial park is located right on the border with Moldova. There are no residential areas nearby, but there is an asphalt road and a railway line. The surface of the plot is flat.
