Location

Uzhgorod – a city on the riverUzh in Transcarpathian region Ukraine, center Uzhhorod City Community and Uzhgorod District. Located 811 km from Kyiv, on the border with Slovakia.

The Uzhhorod Industrial Park will be located on a land plot with a total area of 10.1907 hectares, which is an old industrial area. The industrial specialization of the district was formed historically, back in Soviet times, and still continues to develop in this direction.

The plot occupies part of one of the industrial quarters of the industrial district of the city of Uzhgorod, and is bordered by three streets: Serhiy Martyna, Uspensky, Promyslova.

The land plot is very advantageously located in terms of transport logistics and accessibility.

International transport corridor No. 5 (Venice – Trieste/Koper – Ljubljana – Maribor – Budapest – Uzhgorod – Lviv – Kyiv) passes through the city; three European highways (E50, E58, E573) two international highways (M06 and M08). Implementation of international projects of direct railway connection “Intercity”: Mukachevo, Uzhhorod – Budapest and Uzhhorod – Bratislava. will significantly increase the transport and tourism potential of the city.

There is a railway stationUzhhorod – 3.6 km and airportUzhhorod – 6.6 km from the site, the border checkpoint for road transport with Slovakia – 8.8 km, the city of Chop is located – 25.8 km.

Access to the site from the city center along Karpatskoy Ukrainy Street, which ends at the intersection with the international highway E50. The connection between the site and the E573 highway, which leads to the Chop international crossing, is also very convenient. The distance from the site to this highway is 2.5 kilometers.

The quarter in which the site is located has four local roads, thus forming a rectangle, which is very convenient from the point of view of organizing transport logistics, which will allow for several independent entrances and exits to the territory of the industrial park.
