Industrial Park “Zhovti Vody”, Dnipropetrovsk region

Dnipropetrovsk region, Kamiansky district, the city of Zhovti Vody, located between the land plots on Zaliznychna Street, 13 and Ob’yezna Street, 5Zh.

The plot is practically located on the P74 highway, it is located on the border of the Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions. In the north there is a partially operating industrial zone.

The location of the plot is quite successful, next to the plot there is a highway with a good asphalt surface of regional importance, and an asphalt road of suburban importance, which has a direct connection with the city of Zhovti Vody.

The territory of the community is crossed by the following roads:

• Highway P74 (highway of regional importance in Ukraine). Passes through the territory of Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions through Pyatikhatky – Kryvyi Rih – Shyroke.
• Highway T1210 (highway of territorial significance in Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions). Passes through the territory of Kropyvnytskyi, Oleksandrovsky and Kamianskyi districts through Ustinovka-Dolynske-Petrovye-Zhovti Vody.
• The nearest international highway E-50 passes 18 km from the city of Zhovti Vody.

Project features, development concept

The economic core of the industrial park will be a powerful industrial block. The composition of the industrial park “Zhovti Vody” will be formed as a chemical industrial cluster.

This specialization was formed due to the already existing concentration of enterprises of a similar sphere nearby, and the intentions of existing investors to form a cluster of precisely such specialization in this place. When placing new enterprises of this specialization, industrial synergy and industrial symbiosis will be created, which will be a great advantage for all residents and will be qualitatively reflected in the cost of finished products that will be produced by enterprises located in the park. The initiator and the management company will implement a program to attract residents of this profile.

Industrial clusters provide enterprises with new opportunities for developing cooperation chains, expanding sales markets and identifying investment niches, reducing the share of imports, and reducing costs

Environmental friendliness of production

The planned sulfuric acid production technology meets all modern environmental safety requirements and environmental standards of both international and Ukrainian legislation. It also has a high level of automation and uses the latest equipment, both production and laboratory.

Environmental and other restrictions on planned activities are established in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine in compliance with the standards of maximum permissible levels of environmental load on the natural environment, sanitary standards, labor protection, fire safety, radiation and chemical control, and waste management. During the design, placement, construction, commissioning of new and reconstruction of old buildings, structures and other objects, as well as during the operation of these objects, environmental safety of people, rational use of natural resources, compliance with standards of harmful effects on the environment are ensured.

During its operation, the enterprise will implement a set of measures to reduce harmful effects on the environment, including compliance with environmental safety standards, namely analysis of the background initial state and monitoring of the environmental state, including radiation control.
