Location

The territory of the industrial park “GREEN LAKTIK” is located within the city of Burshtyn in its northern part in the industrial zone. The site is located along the highway N-09 “Mukacheve-Ivano-Frankivsk-Rohatyn-Lviv” at a distance of 91 km from the city of Lviv and 44 km from the administrative center of the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. The nearest freight station “Burshtyn” is located 5 km from the site.

Ivano-Frankivsk region is located in the geographical center of Europe, in the southwest of Ukraine, at the junction of two large natural and geographical units – the East European Plain and the Eastern Carpathians.

The region borders Lviv region in the west and north, Ternopil region in the northeast, Chernivtsi region in the southeast, Zakarpattia region in the southwest, and Maramures county in Romania in the south.

Burshtyn is a city of regional subordination in the north of Ivano-Frankivsk region. Distance to Ivano-Frankivsk city: by highways – 44 km.; by rail – 57 km.

The site is located in the established road network. Transport accessibility to the design site is characterized by its location along the N-09 highway (S. Bandery St.), from which entry and exit to the designed site is planned.

External transport connections of the city of Burshtyn are provided by road and rail modes of transport. The national highway of state importance N-09 (Mukachevo – Rakhiv – Bogorodchany – Ivano-Frankivsk – Rohatyn – Bibrka – Lviv) runs through the eastern part of the city from south to north, which in the southern direction connects the city of Burshtyn with the district and regional center of the city. Ivano-Frankivsk, and in the northern direction – with the city of Rohatyn.

The population of Ivano-Frankivsk region is 1 million 351 thousand people.

Today, the Burshtyn territorial community consists of the population of the city of Burshtyn and the village of Vygivka with a total population of 15,482 people (including the city of Burshtyn – 15,133 people, the village of Vygivka – 349 people).

Project features, development concept

It is planned to create an industrial cluster for deep processing of corn on the territory of the industrial park.

The industrial cluster is aimed at deep processing of corn, including the creation of high-quality products such as corn starch, syrup, biofuel, animal feed, as well as other innovative products. The project is considered an important step in creating a sustainable deep processing link in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.

Key Components of the Project:

Farms and Suppliers:

  • Involvement of farms in growing high-quality corn.
  • Establishing long-term partnership agreements for stable supply of raw materials.

Deep Processing:

  • Creating a modern production of deep corn processing using advanced technologies.

Production of Innovative Products:

  • Manufacturing of corn starch, syrup and other high-quality products.
  • Research and development of new products such as biofuels, bioplastics and functional food additives.

Environmental friendliness:

  • Using environmentally friendly technologies and practices in production.
  • Making full use of waste in production to reduce environmental impact.

Market Strategy and Marketing:

  • Developing a marketing strategy for selling products in domestic and foreign markets.
  • Creating a brand that is associated with quality and environmental characteristics.

Infrastructure and Logistics:

  • Development of an efficient infrastructure for the transportation of raw materials and finished products.
  • Establishment of a logistics system to ensure the efficient movement of materials and goods.

Expected Results and Benefits:

  • Job Creation: A significant number of jobs are expected to be created in manufacturing and related industries.
  • Rural Development: Increasing incomes and developing rural communities, which will support regional economic development.

  • Industrial and warehouse zones for potential industrial residents;
  • Social infrastructure facilities, including information centers, training centers, research centers, administrative buildings, fire stations, etc.;
  • Special infrastructure zones, laboratories, market research department, etc.;
  • Engineering and technical support area, including water treatment plants, solid waste collection points, electrical substations, shared wastewater treatment plants, etc.;
  • Green area.

Sublease of land for construction

We sublease a land plot for the future construction of your facility. We are ready to provide additional design and construction support services.

The terms of the sublease and the amount of payment for services (security, cleaning, maintenance of communications) are formed individually, at the request of the potential participant.
