A plot of land measuring 11.6 hectares with cadastral number 0710400000:13:004:0093 is located in the industrial zone of the city of Kovel. This territory is the industrial territory of the former enterprise “SILMASH MASHZAVOD”, which is located in the South-West of the city of Kovel.

Kovel — a city of regional significance in the Volyn region, the center of the Kovel district. It is located 70 km from the regional center — Lutsk, 65 km — from the Yagodyn-Dorohusk highway crossing and 69 km — from the “Domanovye” highway crossing.
