Industrial Park “MARAMURESH”, Transcarpathian region

The Industrial Park “MARAMURESH” is located on a land plot, which is a clean and undeveloped area on the northern outskirts of the village of Solotvyne, within the village of Bila Tserkva.

Solotvyno settlement community is a territorial community in Ukraine, in the Tyachiv district of the Zakarpattia region. The administrative center is the village of Solotvino.

Solotvyno is a village in the Tyachiv district of the Zakarpattia region, located in the Marmaros Basin (Upper Tysyn Basin), on the right bank of the Tysa River.

The village has a checkpoint Solotvino on the border with Romania. On the Romanian side there is a checkpoint Sighetu Marmaţiei, Marmarosh.

The town has a railway station Solotvino 1. 

Transportation with the district center – the city of Tyachiv and the regional center – the city of Mukachevo is carried out via the national highway H-09. Highway H 09 is a national highway in Ukraine. Passes through the territory of Transcarpathia ,  Ivano-Frankivsk та Lviv regions. It begins in Mukachevo, passes through Khust, Tyachiv, Rakhiv, Yablunytskyi Pass, Yaremche, Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivsk, Halych, Burshtyn, Rohatyn, Bibrka, and ends in Lviv.

There are currently two access roads to the site. The first road has a relatively hard surface and approaches from the Solotvino nature reserve. The second road is dirt and approaches from the pastures in the direction of the settlement of Bila Tserkva. From both roads you can exit to the international highway H-09.

Project features, development concept

The MARAMURESH Industrial Park will represent a group of industrial enterprises in the woodworking, furniture and machine-building industries, and other industries, for which engineering preparation of the territory, design and construction of engineering infrastructure and other service facilities.

The design and construction of individual enterprises of the industrial park is planned to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of their investors – participants of the industrial park.

In connection with the above, the composition of the industrial park “MARAMURESH” will be formed taking into account the priority of placement of enterprises in such industries as:

• Woodworking industry
• Furniture industry
• Engineering industry
• Warehousing and logistics facilities
• Manufacturing of high-tech and high-value-added products
• Other industries compatible with the above.

Within the framework of the development of the MARAMURESH industrial park, the presence of a project to build a modern automobile and cargo checkpoint between Ukraine and Romania in the city of Bila Tserkva is very positive.

Lease / sublease of a land plot for construction

We provide for lease (from the initiator) / sublease (from the management company) a land plot for the future construction of your facility. We are ready to provide additional design and construction support services.

The terms of lease / sublease and the amount of payment for services (security, cleaning, maintenance of communications) are formed individually, upon request from the potential participant.
