Project features, development concept
The Universal Industry Eco-Industrial Park is a unique complex of industrial and commercial facilities, ready to accommodate industrial, warehouse and other enterprises. The industrial park is being developed according to the principles of environmental standards recommended by the UN Industrial Development Organization UNIDO.
The development plan for the industrial park provides for the organization of a production and warehouse complex, the project plans to leave the adjacent territories unchanged. The project defines a system of access roads, proposes their routing taking into account existing roads, highways and railway branches, as well as regulatory requirements.
The site is equipped with all necessary communications – electricity, gas, water, sewage, several iron branches. There are already facilities in various conditions on the territory that are ready for the quick launch of any production, the existing administrative building can provide everyone with the necessary amount of office and commercial space. There are also separate plots on which new industrial and warehouse facilities can be built.

Ready to rent out ready-made facilities. More than 29 thousand sq.m. of industrial, warehouse and commercial facilities have already been built on the territory of the industrial park.

The owner of the industrial park is ready to carry out reconstruction or repair of premises according to the technical specifications of a potential participant.
