The site on which the industrial park “DOLYN STRY” is planned to be located is located in the industrial district of the city of Stryi, which was formed in Soviet times. Despite the short distance from the main districts and the city center, this industrial zone is located on the outskirts, practically on the western border of the city.
The location of the city of Stryi and the site is characterized as very convenient and attractive. The city of Stryi is located at the intersection of several international and local routes. It stands on the roads leading from Kyiv and Lviv to the Chop and Shegin international crossings.

In Ukraine, the E50 begins on the border with Svachchyna at the Uzhhorod checkpoint, Zakarpattia region. Then it coincides with the international highway M08, M06 (Uzhhorod – Mukachevo – Stryi), M30 (Stryi – Ternopil – Dnipro – Donetsk – Debaltseve) and M03 (Debaltseve – Dovzhanske section). The E50 ends at the Dovzhanskyi checkpoint, Luhansk Oblast, and turns into the federal highway M-19, Russia. 471
E471 coincides with the route of the international highway M06 (Kyiv — Chop).
M 06
Starts in Kyiv, passes through Korostyshiv, Zhytomyr, Novohrad-Volynskyi, Rivne, Brody, Lviv, Stryi, Svalyava, Mukachevo, Uzhhorod and ends at the Chop checkpoint.
The distance to the Kyiv-Chop highway from the border of the site along the existing road (yellow in the diagram) is 3.2 km. In the future, it is planned to build a shorter route (red in the diagram). Then the distance to the site from the international highway M06 will be 1.2 km.
Also, the convenient location of the sites is confirmed by the fact that the site is practically adjacent to the railway, which runs along it. In today’s conditions, when new land routes for supplies to Europe are being created, this is a very big advantage for any residents and logistics operators.
The railway belongs to the Lviv Railway.

Project features, development concept
The total land allocation area is 13.9500 hectares, which allows for the prospective development of up to 42.3 thousand m² in accordance with the geometric and technological capabilities of the site. In plan, the development territory is a plot of land of an elongated irregular shape. The geometric shape of the site allows for the development of the site and to optimize the location of the complex in terms of the composition of the main buildings and structures with the alignment of the main axes of the buildings.
The designed park will consist of four buildings for industrial and production purposes and several technical structures, such as an electrical substation, a pumping station, treatment facilities, etc.
The site will house industrial buildings with flexible internal zoning. This means that any layout can be made inside each building for any number of users within the volume of each building. Each building with a supply road can develop separately from other parts of the park. This makes it possible to approach the implementation plan for the construction of the park’s plots and buildings very flexibly.

Ready to rent out ready-made facilities. More than 5 thousand sq. m. of industrial facilities have already been built on the territory of the industrial park.

The owner of the facilities is ready to carry out reconstruction or repair of premises according to the technical specifications of the potential participant.
