Industrial Park “FORMENTOR”, Rivne region

The land plots are located on the territory of the Velyko Omelyansk territorial community, Rivne district, Rivne region.

Rivne region is located in the north-west of Ukraine and has a favorable geographical position for servicing the markets of the European Union and Ukraine. It borders on Volyn, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, Lviv regions. The population of the region is 1.1 million people.

The land plot designated for the location of the industrial park is located 7 kilometers from the city of Rivne, along the international highway M-06 (Kyiv-Chop). The Rivne railway station is 10 km away, served by the Lviv Railway.

The economic core of the industrial park will be a powerful industrial block. A network of industrial cluster projects will be implemented within this block. Industrial clusters provide enterprises with new opportunities for the development of cooperation chains, expansion of sales markets and identification of investment niches, reduction of the share of imports, reduction of costs.

The provision of warehouse facilities for the project will be carried out in the form of the organization of a powerful specialized logistics cluster.

Ready to build at your own expense the necessary real estate object according to your technical specifications. In the future, the plot is provided for lease / sublease, and the built real estate object is leased (with the right to buy out if desired).

The terms of the lease / sublease / buyout and the amount of payment for services (security, cleaning, maintenance of communications) are formed individually, upon request from a potential participant.
