The site is located 30 kilometers from Kyiv, surrounded by several settlements, with a population of more than 3,000 people within a five-minute walk.
On the western side, the site is bordered by the M05 Kyiv – Odesa highway, which is part of one of the main highways of the country. On the eastern side, the site borders the Fastiv – Kaniv P19 regional highway, which also provides favorable conditions for the logistical accessibility of the entrance to the site.

Project features, development concept
The designed park consists of buildings of various functional purposes and several accompanying and technical buildings:

The main facade part is defined and is oriented towards the international highway M-095. This part of the park houses commercial, office and warehouse facilities.
This part consists of four three-four-story office buildings, six one-story showroom buildings, guest parking and a recreation area. In addition to office space, it is planned to accommodate various business infrastructure facilities – conference rooms, cafes, dining rooms, co-working areas.
Other planning zones within the industrial park have a production and logistics direction. It will house production buildings with flexible internal zoning, and each of them will have 1-2 warehouse facilities.
