Industrial park “TEOFIPOL ECO PARK” development in the Khmelnitsky region, Khmelnytsky district, near the Teofipol village, outside the Teofipol community, near the Teofipol community Energy company and PAT Teofipolsky pulp plant.
From the logistics point, the plot is located far away. The plot of land is located at the entrance to the populated area. The plot is irregularly shaped, it looks like it’s forgotten, the surface is flat. Currently, the plot is located between the fields of agricultural significance; the private sector has now been cleared, and two manufacturing enterprises have been located here. The village has two exits to the P48 highway, which is a road of regional significance. Motorways P48 pass through the territory of the Khmelnitsky region, through Kamianets-Podilsky, Sataniv, Viitivtsi, Teofipol, Bilogir’ya.
