Taking into account the existing technical characteristics of the site and easements, the approximate size of future industrial and other facilities may be 64,312 sq.m.
The development plan of the industrial park provides for the placement of a production and warehouse complex with buildings and structures of class IV-V of the sanitary classification, the project intends to leave the adjacent territories unchanged. The project defines a system of passages, proposes their routing taking into account existing conditions and regulatory requirements.
