A new industrial park “City of Action” is planned to be created in Drohobych
On February 13, 2025, the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine and a private customer signed an agreement to develop a concept and provide services for registering an industrial park in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region.
The future industrial park will be created on the basis of the old industrial zone, where almost 30 thousand square meters of production and warehouse buildings have been preserved. Some of them are already suitable or can be quickly prepared for accommodating the participants of the industrial park and launching production processes.
The territory is provided with all the necessary engineering infrastructure for the rapid start of operations of enterprises. In particular, the site has electricity, gas, water supply, sewage and its own treatment facilities.
An important advantage of the facility is also the presence of a railway line, and the territory is equipped with a gantry crane and other infrastructure elements, which allow for the rapid launch of production and logistics projects.
The industrial park is planned as a universal industrial site, and its specialization will be finally formed in the process of project implementation and involvement of participants. The working name of the project is industrial park “City of Action”.
Like other projects being worked on by the Industrial Parks of Ukraine group of companies, this industrial park is planned to be developed according to the principles of an eco-industrial park. This approach involves the use of modern environmental technologies, efficient use of resources, and the creation of conditions for the operation of export-oriented manufacturing enterprises.
The creation of an industrial park in Drohobych has the potential to become an important step for restoring the industrial potential of the region, attracting investments and creating new jobs.
