Some facts from this report.
- By the end of 2025, 118 industrial parks were registered in the register of industrial (industrial) parks of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the register). It should be understood that the process of counting the number of registered industrial parks includes the process of registration and exclusion from the register. Since 2014, the total number of registered industrial parks is 134. During the period 2014-2025, 16 industrial parks were excluded from the register.
- It should be noted that during the wartime period from 2022 to 2025, 80 industrial parks were registered, which is almost 70% of the total number of registered industrial parks.
- In 2025, 27 industrial parks were registered, and a record 8 were excluded from the register. The reason for exclusion from the register is the absence of any activity of participants in these industrial parks over the past three years.

.* indicates industrial parks that were helped to register by the group of companies “Industrial Parks of Ukraine” – 16 industrial parks out of 27.
- By region, the leader in the number of registrations was Kyiv region – 4 industrial parks, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi regions have 3 each, Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia and Lviv regions have 2 each. And 8 more regions registered 1 industrial park each. We separately determine the appearance of the first industrial park registered in Kirovohrad region.
- From the point of view of initiators, in 2025 more private initiators were registered than municipal ones, 19 private and 8 municipal ones. Among municipal parks, it is necessary to determine the emergence of a new type of synergy in the creation of a park, the so-called combined industrial parks. These are municipal industrial parks that are created by a municipal initiator for a specific investor, who then enters the industrial park as a management company and begins to develop it as an associated developer, or production “anchor” operator. Out of 8 municipal parks, at least three were created according to this principle.
Due to the absence of working participants of industrial parks for 3 years, in 2025 the following industrial parks were excluded from the register:
- «Э 40 Industrial Park», Kyiv region (project of the «Dragon Capital» group of companies;
- «Lanivsky», Poltava region;
- «Yavorivsky», Lviv region;
- «IPark», Odesa region (project of the TIS industrial group);
- «First Eco-Industrial Park», Ivano-Frankivsk region;
- «Sigma Park Yarychiv», Lviv region;
- «Rivne industrial park», Rivne region;
- «Malin-Zakhid», Zhytomyr region.
In the overall standings, the leader in the number of registered industrial parks is Lviv region, which currently has 20 industrial parks registered, Kyiv region is in second place with 15, and Transcarpathia is in third place with 12. The largest increase during the war was also demonstrated by Lviv region with 12 parks, Zakarpattia region with 11 parks, and Kyiv region with 8 parks. There is also no industrial park in three regions – Kharkiv, Kherson, and Zaporizhia.
For reference: on January 22, 2026, another 7 industrial parks were excluded from the register. Accordingly, the total number of industrial parks as of January 23, 2026 decreased to 111.
