Some facts from this article:

  • The growth of operating industrial parks over the year reached 16 industrial parks. The total number of operating industrial parks by the end of 2025 almost doubled to 37. The number of operating industrial parks by the end of 2024 was at least 21, reported CEO of the Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group Valery Kyrylko.
  • By the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were being built in industrial parks. Of these, 22 plants have been built, another 15 are under construction. These are enterprises in the fields of agroprocessing, food production, furniture and woodworking industries, mechanical engineering, and others.
  • In 2025, the Ministry of Economy adopted a decision to provide state incentives to 13 industrial parks for the implementation of 22 infrastructure projects for a total amount of UAH 697.771 million. Also, during the year, UAH 202.91 million was transferred to two industrial parks, the decision on which was adopted in 2024. The total amount of state incentives for industrial parks in 2025 amounted to UAH 0.9 billion. For comparison: in 2024, 15 industrial parks received state incentives for a total of UAH 1.1 billion.
  • A little more than UAH 4 billion was financed by private business for the development of industrial parks in 2025. 98% of all these investments are of Ukrainian origin.
