We are almost used to holding events and excursions in industrial parks for business and government representatives. This is part of the promotion and popularization of industrial parks in the business environment and communities. 
But excursions for schoolchildren to industrial parks are something new. Recently, I received a call from a public organization in one of the Ukrainian regions. They asked to provide contacts of existing or under construction parks to organize excursions to them for schoolchildren during the holidays.
Indeed, it is a very correct initiative to show the younger generation the opportunities that industrial parks provide, to show that despite the war, Ukrainian industry continues to develop.
Against this background, I recall invitations from some Ukrainian institutes and universities to hold introductory lectures for students, telling them about the prospects and opportunities for their own careers that industrial parks open up. Also a very correct and necessary initiative.
So the popularization of industrial parks in terms of labor resources is starting to reach a new level. Cooperation with schools, technical and higher educational institutions of Ukraine, local employment services will make it possible to train specialists and workers of a qualitatively new level. Who will harmoniously fit into the rapid development of Ukrainian industrial and other enterprises operating in industrial parks.
