The implementation of these projects will allow creating a total of over 1,000 new jobs in the processing industry sector.
- The FURSY Industrial Park is located on the territory of the Fursivska rural territorial community of the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region. The project has an area of 11.0215 hectares, and it is planned to create approximately 500 new jobs on this territory. The initiator is a private company, the type of plot is greenfield.
Planned activities in the following areas:
- production of metal products, electrical equipment and machinery;
- food industry;
- scientific and technical activities,
- IT and telecommunications.
- The Industrial Park “MISTO DIY” was created in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region. The park with an area of 21.61 hectares will provide work for about 550 specialists. The initiator is a private company, the type of brownfield site. There are already premises in fairly good condition on the territory, which are ready to receive the first participants.
Enterprises will develop in the following priority areas on the territory of the new park:
- construction materials manufacturing;
- woodworking;
- beverage manufacturing;
- electronics;
- mechanical engineering;
- food industry;
- alternative energy.
State support for industrial parks is aimed at increasing the share of the processing industry in the GDP structure and increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukrainian communities.
For reference:
- Currently, there are 118 facilities in the Register of Industrial Parks. Their number is growing, which indicates the interest of business and communities in creating modern production sites.
- The Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group of Companies registered 44 industrial parks.
- In 2025, 27 industrial parks were registered, of which we helped 16 industrial parks with the registration.
