After a long pause, the process of registering industrial parks has finally been resumed. Yesterday, six new industrial parks were registered in Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Ternopil, Odesa and Vinnytsia regions. The decision to include the parks “BIOSENSE”, “STAN-INVEST”, “LYUBLYNETS”, “Zboriv”, “ODESA NOVA PARK” and “INTEGRAL” in the Register of Industrial Parks was made by the Government at a meeting on August 26, 2025.
As mentioned earlier, our team prepared and supported the registration of three industrial parks from this list. These are “STAN-INVEST”, “LYUBLYNETS” and “ODESA NOVA PARK”.
The industrial park “STAN-INVEST”, created in the city of Oleksandria, Kirovohrad region, will operate on an area of 11.6 hectares. Its activities will be focused on mechanical engineering, metalworking, production of metal structures, equipment repair and engineering and design services. The concept provides for the creation of up to 250 new jobs and investments in the amount of UAH 323 million.
The industrial park “LYUBLYNETS” will operate on the territory of the Lyublynetsk settlement community of the Kovel district of the Volyn region. On an area of 49.7 hectares, food industry enterprises will operate, in particular, fruit and vegetable processing, oil production, bakery products and other products. The concept provides for the creation of up to 2,500 jobs and investments in the amount of over UAH 653 million.
The ODESSA NOVA PARK industrial park will operate in the Odessa region. On an area of 16.4 hectares, enterprises in the fields of mechanical engineering, metalworking, food industry, alternative energy, IT and scientific and technical activities will operate. The concept provides for the creation of up to 700 jobs and investments of almost 1 billion UAH.
Thus, taking into account the adopted decision, 104 parks have already been included in the Register of Industrial Parks.
Currently, another 11 industrial parks are under registration, which we prepared and are currently supporting. The total number of registered industrial parks from our submission is 37.
