Industrial parks remain one of the key tools for the development of industry and the regional economy of Ukraine. Despite military risks, the sector demonstrates stable dynamics – new projects continue to appear, while some parks are excluded from the register due to lack of activity. According to the results of the three quarters of 2025, 106 industrial parks were recorded in the state register, and the number of actually operating facilities increased to 32.
As of October 6, 2025, 106 industrial parks were recorded in the register of industrial (industrial) parks of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the register). Why recorded? Because the process of counting the number of registered industrial parks includes the process of registration and exclusion from the register. Since 2014, the total number of registered industrial parks is 122. During the same time, 16 industrial parks were excluded from the register, one of them was re-included in the register. Therefore, today the real number of industrial parks in the register is 106.
In 2025, 15 industrial parks were registered, and a record 8 were excluded from the register. The reason for exclusion from the register is the absence of any activity of participants in these industrial parks over the past three years.
