On July 30, 2025, a contract was signed between the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» and a private customer for the development of a concept and support for the registration of a new industrial park in the Kyiv region, near the settlement of Kopylov.
The future industrial park is planned to be located in the front part of the Zhytomyr highway, which is an important transport artery of the region. The area of the territory will be about 30 hectares.
The land plot is privately owned by one of the Ukrainian developers, who is the initiator of the creation of the industrial park. It is planned to create an industrial park with universal specialization in this area, which will allow attracting various types of production and logistics companies.
Currently, the active phase of designing engineering networks is underway, which will be brought to the territory of the industrial park to ensure its full functioning.
It is also expected that the industrial park will be created in the format of an eco-industrial park, using modern approaches to the efficient use of resources and interaction between enterprises.
The implementation of this project should contribute to development and restoration of industry in the Kyiv region, as well as the creation of new opportunities for investment and jobs.
