The 101st industrial park in Zhovty Vody in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the registration of which we supported, is REGISTERED!
The new industrial park “Zhovty Vody” will be created on the territory of the city of Zhovty Vody, Kamyansky district, Dnipropetrovsk region. The decision to include this park in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks was made by the Government at a meeting on February 4.
The Zhovti Vody Industrial Park will create about 500 jobs in high-tech and innovative sectors, in particular in the chemical industry, alternative energy production, and the information technology sector.
As of now, 101 industrial parks have been registered in Ukraine. In particular, in 2025 it is the second park to be included in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks.
The initiator of the creation of the Zhovti Vody Industrial Park is the Limited Liability Company Zhovti Vody Industrial Park. The total area of the industrial park is 10 hectares, and the estimated building area will be 41,857 sq. m.
The development of the concept and support for the registration of the Zhovti Vody Industrial Park was carried out by the group of companies “Industrial Parks of Ukraine”.
The park will be formed around the following key industries:
- production of chemicals and chemical products;
- production of basic chemicals, fertilizers, nitrogen compounds, plastics and synthetic rubber in primary forms;
- production of paints, varnishes and similar products, printing inks and mastics;
- manufacture of other chemical products;
- manufacture of artificial and synthetic fibers;
- alternative energy;
- scientific and technical activities;
- information and telecommunications activities;
- auxiliary and related industries.
The total amount of capital investments in the construction of industrial park facilities is approximately UAH 782 million. The initiator of the creation and the management company plan to attract UAH 97 million of their own and loan funds, as well as participate in the state incentive program for industrial parks. Another UAH 646 million is planned to be attracted at the expense of future participants.
