The project will be implemented on the territory of the Rokytnyanska settlement territorial community of the Bila Tserkva district of the Kyiv region. 
The initiator was a private company that is part of a group of companies from the Khmelnytskyi region. This group of companies is developing a network of industrial parks in which the main activity is waste processing and the production of electricity and biogas. This is the third such industrial park, the fourth is still in operation.
- The total area of the industrial park is 10.2106 hectares. The development concept provides for the creation of approximately 400 new jobs in the processing industry.
- An important feature of the project is the already established cooperation with partners: the initiator signed an agreement on the creation and operation of the park with the management company TEO GREEN INVEST LLC. In addition, according to preliminary agreements, the future participant – the company “Ukraine 2001” – plans to invest about UAH 467 million in the development of its capacities within the park.
On the territory of “ROKYTNE ECO PARK” it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas:
- food production;
- agricultural product processing;
- production of building materials;
- waste processing;
- alternative energy.
