On April 11, 2025, the Nosivka City Council adopted a decision to create the Nosivka Industrial Park.
The industrial park will be created on communal land within the city of Nosivka, with a total area of 14.1 hectares.
The preliminary concept was presented at the city council meeting by Valery Kyrylko, General Director of the Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group, the company which is engaged in the development of the concept and support for the registration of the Nosivskoye Gospodarstvo industrial park.
As part of this presentation, the idea of creating an industrial park that will specialize in vegetable and fruit processing, canning and related activities was presented.
The total investment volume is estimated at almost 600 million hryvnias.
Combined financing will allow flexible financing of the implementation of this project.
As of today, there are already preliminary agreements with investors and future participants in the industrial park.
Accordingly, after approving the concept and making a decision to create the industrial park, the following steps will be taken for its registration.
With the support of the team of the Industrial Parks of Ukraine group of companies, the relevant documents will be prepared and the entire necessary package of documents stipulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks” will be submitted for registration.
