On April 22, 2025, the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine and a private customer signed an agreement to develop a concept and support the registration of a new industrial park, which is planned to be created in the Kyiv region near the settlement of Terezyna.
The project initiator owns land plots in the area of an already established industrial development on the outskirts of Bila Tserkva and the Terezyn community. The territory has an important advantage – already existing infrastructure, in particular, electricity supply, a railway branch and other necessary engineering communications.
In addition, a developed transport network — both internal and external — makes this locationattractive for future participants in the industrial park, investors, and enterprises planning to locate production or logistics facilities.
It is expected that the industrial park will specialize in the field of agro-processing and food industry. At the same time, its development is planned to be implemented in the format of an eco-industrial park, which involves the implementation of modern environmental solutions, efficient use of resources and interaction of enterprises within a single production ecosystem.
The development of the concept and support for the registration procedure of the industrial park is carried out by the group of companies “Industrial Parks of Ukraine“, which has significant experience in creating and developing industrial parks in various regions of Ukraine.
