On January 14, 2025, the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» and a private customer signed an agreement on development of the concept and support for the registration of an industrial park near the city of Rivne.
This is the second industrial park that the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» is implemented in this region, which confirms the active development of the industrial infrastructure of the Rivne region and the growing interest of investors in this region.
The new industrial park is planned to be located on the ring road of the city of Rivne. The concept envisages the creation of a universal industrial park with a powerful logistics component, which will allow for the placement of both manufacturing enterprises and warehouse and logistics complexes on its territory.
The location of the future industrial park is extremely attractive for potential participants and users, as it is located nearby with a developed commercial and residential infrastructure, which provides comfortable conditions for the work of enterprises and their employees.
An additional advantage is thelocation directly on the city’s ring road, which creates significant logistical opportunities for business, ensuring convenient transport connections and efficient delivery of goods.
