The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision to include the industrial park “ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks.
The park was created on the territory of the Khmelnytskyi urban territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi district of the Khmelnytskyi region. The industrial park is private, greenfield type, located practically within the city limits of Khmelnytskyi.
The total area of the industrial park is 10.2198 hectares. The implementation of the project “ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” aims to create approximately 500 new jobs in the processing industry.
To develop the park, the initiator of its creation plans to attract over 400 million hryvnias from various sources.
To date, the road has already been laid, technical specifications for electricity have been obtained, and the design of the first paper packaging plant is being completed.
On the territory of “ART PACK INDUSTRIAL” it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas:
- production of paper pulp, paper and cardboard;
- manufacture of paper and cardboard products;
- production of corrugated paper and cardboard packaging;
- production of folding corrugated cardboard packaging;
- production of other paper packaging, bags and packages;
- printing industry;
- alternative energy;
- scientific and technical activities;
- activities in the field of information and telecommunications.
