Another industrial park, the concept development and registration support of which we were engaged in – REGISTERED! 99th
The new industrial park “SOLVA-TECH” will be created on the territory of the city of Svalyava, Mukachevo district, Zakarpattia region. The decision to include this park in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks was made by the Government at a meeting on March 7.
In 2025, this is the fourth park to be included in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks of Ukraine, and in general, the eleventh in the territory of the Transcarpathian region.
The initiator of the creation of the industrial park is the limited liability company “Solva-Eco”. The park will operate for 30 years on an area of 10.0032 hectares.
To implement the concept of the development of the industrial park “SOLVA-TECH”, it is planned to attract financing in the amount of almost UAH 344.8 million from various sources. Within the framework of the industrial park’s activities, it is planned to create up to 400 jobs in the following areas:
- wood processing and manufacturing of wood and cork products (except furniture);
- furniture production;
- production of basic organic chemicals;
- production of building metal structures and parts of structures;
- alternative energy;
- scientific and technical activities.
“The Industrial Park “SOLVA-TECH” will contribute to attracting investments in woodworking, developing a modern furniture industry and creating new jobs in the region. Its activities will ensure the growth of the industrial potential of the Transcarpathian region,” said Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Vitaly Kindratov.
