On May 5, 2025, the Industrial Parks of Ukraine group of companies signed an agreement with a customer from the Odesa region to develop a concept and support the registration of a new industrial park in the settlement of Krasnoselka.
The project involves the creation of an industrial park on a land plot of 45 hectares, which will be formed on municipally owned lands. The territory is intended for the location of production enterprises that will work in the construction industry. The key investor will be a local business that plans to locate several production facilities on the territory of the future park.
In particular, it is planned to organize enterprises for the production of building materials and related products on the territory of the industrial park, which will allow the formation of a local production cluster in the construction industry.
At the initial stage of the project implementation, the land plot is still in the process of being registered. Currently, the necessaryurban planning documentation is being developed, which will ensure a change in the purpose of the land plot in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on the creation of industrial parks. After completing this procedure, it is planned to prepare the concept of the industrial park and its subsequent registration in the state register.
The initiators of the project emphasize that the creation of the industrial park will take place in close cooperation with the local community. The investor considers this project as a long-term investment in the economic development of the region.
It is expected that the implementation of the industrial park in Krasnosilka will contribute to the development of the local economy, the creation of new jobs and the formation of a modern production infrastructure for construction enterprises.
