On February 4, 2025, the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine concluded an agreement with a private customer to develop a concept and provide services for the registration of a new industrial park in the city of Drohobych (Lviv region).
The future industrial park is planned to be created on the basis of the old industrial zone, located near the local airport. The territory has a favorable logistical location, which creates additional opportunities for attracting industrial enterprises and investors.
The land plot partially retains real estate, but a significant part of the territory has already been cleared of obsolete buildings and prepared for future development by the project initiator. This will significantly accelerate the launch of new production facilities and the placement of industrial park participants.
The industrial park under the working title «Phoenix» is planned as a universal industrial site, focused on various areas of activity — from mechanical engineering to metalworking and related industries. 
The customer of the project is a powerful financial group, which has sufficient resources to ensure that the implementation of this industrial park takes place in the near future.
As other projects being worked on by the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine, the future park is planned to be developed in accordance with the principles of eco-industrial parks, which involves modern approaches to energy efficiency, environmental friendliness of production and rational use of resources.
The launch of the Phoenix industrial park could be an important step in reviving the industrial potential of Drohobych, creating new jobs and attracting investment to the region.
