The Odessa region in the field of development and registration of industrial parks until recently, as they say, “behind the scenes”. There were only four registered industrial parks, and one of them was recently removed from the register for inactivity.
But literally in the last six months this region has simply exploded with the number of projects of new industrial parks for every taste.
The recently signed contract for the development of the concept and support for the registration of an industrial park in the Odessa region has become the 9th in the last 7 months. And now there are still about a dozen negotiations underway regarding other locations for industrial parks in the same region. And this is just us, and there are other initiators who are also considering the possibility of creating an IP. Why there has been such activity on IP in this region right now is difficult for me to understand, maybe “Odessa residents know something”)
Without a doubt, the Odessa region is one of the most convenient and attractive for investors in terms of logistics and industry. Industrial parks, which will now be actively developed in the Odessa region, are ideal for agro-processing and any export-oriented enterprise.
Why am I sure that they will develop? Because every second industrial park project that is currently being registered already has a potential investor or an “anchor” participant who is ready to invest and develop industrial park sites.
If all the announced projects are implemented, the Odesa region will become one of the leaders in the number of industrial parks in Ukraine. I am glad to be involved in the transformation of this seaside region into a powerful industrial region.
