Another industrial park that our team supported is REGISTERED!
NEXUS Odesa Industrial Park, in the Odessa region, was registered on November 13, 2025. This is the 40th (out of 109) industrial park with which we have worked, creating a concept and assisting in registration.
A few details about this project.
The total area of the industrial park is 21.61 hectares. The creation of “NEXUS Odesa” will provide approximately 1,000 new jobs.
The park is private, the plots are private. Type of IP – Greenfield
The initiator plans to attract more than 747.7 million UAH. from various sources of financing, including own investments, funds from the management company, state incentives, private financing and contributions from future participants.
According to the concept, it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas on the territory of “NEXUS Odesa”:
- food production;
- beverage production;
- machinery and equipment production, n.v.i.u.;
- production of building metal structures and products;
- production of building materials;
- alternative energy.
Inclusion industrial park “NEXUS Odesa” to the Register will increase the investment attractiveness of the Odessa region, provide additional revenues to local budgets and contribute to the development of the industrial potential of Ukraine.
