Two industrial parks that we support have been registered in the last two weeks. These are IP “DIONIS ECO ENERGO PARK”, Zhytomyr region and IP “NOSIVSKI HOSPODARSTVA”, Chernihiv region.
A few words about each of them:
The Industrial Park “Dionis Energo Eco Park” was created for a period of 30 years on the territory of the Kvitneva rural territorial community of the Zhytomyr district of the Zhytomyr region. The initiator is Dionysus Biogas Energy LLC.
The total area of the industrial park is over 13.2 hectares. The project is aimed at creating approximately 600 new jobs.
The total investment volume from companies that have already confirmed participation in the project is expected to be 800 million hryvnias.
The territory of Dionysus Energo Eco Park is planned to accommodate enterprises in the fields of biogas, bioethanol and bioplastic production, alternative energy generation, construction materials production, food industry and fertilizer production.
The Industrial Park “NOSIVSKY HOSPODARSTVA” was created for a period of 30 years on the territory of the city of Nosivka, Nizhyn district, Chernihiv region. The initiator is the Nosivsky City Council.
The total area of the industrial park is 14.1651 hectares. The implementation of the “NOSIVSKY HOSPODARSTVA” project aims to create approximately 700 new jobs in the processing industry. To develop the park, the initiator of its creation plans to attract almost 716 million hryvnias from various sources.
On the territory of “NOSIVO FARM” it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas:
- food production;
- alternative energy;
- scientific and technical activities.
IP “NOSIVO FARM” is a bold step by local business, which, despite the “frontline” status of the region, still plans to build and develop an industrial park.
Currently, the management company-investor has already been selected and is starting to invest in the development of the IP.
