Industrial parks are an effective way to attract industrial investment for communities
Valeriy Kyrylko (Valery Kyrylko), CEO of Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group, participated in the RECOVERY CONSTRUCTION FORUM UKRAINE 2.0, which took place on April 16, 2025 at the Hilton Kyiv Hotel.
He was the speaker of the third block, “Investing in Recovery: Potential for Communities and Business,” and spoke about the development of industrial parks in Ukraine.
“Industrial parks have become an effective way to attract industrial investments for communities. The state supports their development by providing tax breaks at the national level and financing infrastructure, while local authorities have the opportunity to independently set local tax rates, participate in financing infrastructure projects, and create additional conditions for attracting investors,” Valeriy Kyrylko noted in his speech.
