On May 23, 2025, the group of companies «Industrial Parks of Ukraine» and a private customer signed an agreement for the development of a concept and support for the registration of the industrial park «Radij» in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. 
The future industrial park is planned to be created on the basis of the existing industrial zone, part of which is already used by neighboring enterprises for production activities. On the territory of the future industrial park itself, a significant number of industrial, warehouse and administrative buildings have been preserved, which can be involved in the development of the industrial park and used by new participants.
It is expected that the specialization of the industrial park will correspond to the profile of the project initiator – the enterprise «Radij», which operates in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics and related high-tech industries.
It is also assumed that the industrial park will be developed in the format of an eco-industrial park, which involves the implementation of modern ecological approaches to production, efficient use of resources, and cooperation between enterprises.
The implementation of this project can becomeone of the investment-attractive industrial projects of Kropyvnytskyi, contributing to the development of the city’s industry, attracting investments and creating new jobs.
