Valeriy Kyrylko spoke at the Kyiv Region Community Forum 2025
On April 30, 2025, the Kyiv Region Community Forum was held at the Chamber Plaza Hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, bringing together representatives of government, business, international organizations and communities. The event became a powerful platform for discussing ways to attract investment, develop territories and increase the economic sustainability of the region. 
Valeriy Kyrylko, Chairman of the Board of the All-Ukrainian Association of Industrial Parks and General Director of the Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group of Companies, spoke at the investment panel. He shared his expert vision of the role of industrial parks in community development, emphasizing that these are specially prepared industrial territories (from 10 hectares), equipped with communications that give businesses access to state preferences provided for by law.
The Industrial Parks of Ukraine Group of Companies is the undisputed leader in the market for supporting industrial parks. Under the leadership of Valeriy Kyrylko, the team has developed 52 concepts for industrial parks, supported the registration of 33 parks, helps attract participants, find financing, supports projects at the construction stage and works as a management company. Almost every third park in Ukraine is created or supported by the IPU team. 
“Industrial parks are a chance for communities to offer investors ready-made infrastructure and clear working conditions. This is a real tool for creating jobs, taxes and economic development,” Valeriy Kyrylko noted in his speech.
The forum also included presentations of ready-to-implement investment projects of communities, exhibition stands and discussions of financing opportunities from international sources. Valeriy Kyrylko’s participation emphasized the strategic importance of developing industrial parks for the economic growth of not only the Kyiv region, but also all of Ukraine.
