The land plot is located between the villages of Dekhtyarka, Stavyshche and Kozhanka, on the border of Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions.
The land plot is located 5.6 km from the T1013 highway. This is a highway of territorial significance in Kyiv region. It passes through the territory of Fastiv and Bila Tserkva districts. The total length is 74.1 km. It passes through the settlements of Fastiv, Bortnyky, Kozhanka, Malopolovetske, Tarasivka, Velykopolovetske, Pushchyky, Trushky, Yablunivka, Mala Skvirka, Horodyshche-Pustovarivske, Mykhailivka, Berezna, Volodarka. Project features, development concept
The project envisages the creation of a modern industrial site, on the territory of which it is planned to build awaste processing plant. The future enterprise will specialize in waste processing with the subsequent production of electricity, biogas and other useful products, which will significantly increase the efficiency of resource use and reduce the environmental load.
The planning structure of the territory determined for the development of the master plan for the location of the industrial site of the industrial park is formed in the system of adjacent development in accordance with the existing General Plan. According to the functional use, the design site provides for the location of a public area (administrative building) and an industrial and warehouse area.
Technical zones are separately allocated with the placement of a solar power plant, garbage container sites, a fire tank, local treatment facilities and a fire extinguishing agent storage site.
The necessary complex of engineering and technical structures for the full functioning of the facilities is fully located within the design area.
