Industrial Park “VYLKOVE”, Odesa region

The land plot is located northwest of the city of Vylkove, practically on the border with Romania and Moldova. The plot borders the Danube River, which is a navigable river, passing through the territory of Ukraine and Romania. The Ukrainian section of the Danube includes the cities of Reni (19.5 thousand inhabitants), Izmail (73 thousand), Kiliya (20.8 thousand), Vylkove (8.6 thousand).

The regional highway T1628 passes through the territory of Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky districts through Vylkove – Spasskoe.

The highway passes through the following settlements: Vylkove, Prymorske, Desantne – T1607; Strumok – T1630; Spasskoe – E87, M15. The distance from Vylkove to the railway, which is located in the city of Izmail, is 125 km.

Project features, development concept

A river port is being built next to the site, which will act as a logistics hub of international importance.

The economic core of the industrial park will be a powerful industrial block. The industrial block will provide enterprises with new opportunities for developing cooperation chains, expanding sales markets and identifying investment niches, reducing the share of imports, and reducing costs.

The project will be provided with warehouse facilities in the form of a powerful specialized logistics cluster with a container terminal area.

The business center will provide the needs for administrative premises and service companies.

Project Importance

This will be a demonstration project for the restoration of production, the best example of attracting investment for the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy.

Infrastructural mobility

Efficient energy technologies will be installed on the territory of the technopark, which will make the park’s infrastructure economical and maximally independent, combining classical and alternative energy sources.
